They expect PCs to remain the most popular browsing device until 2015. Assuming this is very possible, the implication for eLearning is that what you do should be accessible to the small screen.
Also, Gartner claims that 20% of businesses will “own no IT assets” in 2012. Instead these businesses will use cloud-based services and employees will use their own PCs for work. That makes sense.
